Web Editors who are using the Chrome web browser to access the WebCMS service may be experiencing issues logging into the service to update their webpages.  We have contacted our service provider to inform them of the issue and we are working with them to find a resolution. 

I am a Web Editor who uses Chrome to access the WebCMS; how can I update my website during this issue?

The current best advice is to try the following steps:

  1. Sign-out from Microsoft365 in your browser, you can do this by clicking on your initials in the top right-hand corner and clicking on “Sign out”. 
  2. Close your browser window. 
  3. Re-open your browser and clear the cache:
    1. At the top right, click More (three dots).
    2. Click More tools and Clear browsing data.
    3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
    5. Click Clear data.
  4. Go to office.tcd.ie and “Sign in” to Microsoft365
  5. Open a new tab within Chrome access the WebCMS using the link - https://tcdie-cms01-production.terminalfour.net/terminalfour/saml/login
