Building description

The building was built originally circa 1700s.The building comprises 3 storeys above ground, Served by one central staircase only and no passenger or platform lift facilities provided.

Generally converted from for the original accommodation block type building into office premises on all levels.

The House 5 rooms and facilities at the 3rd floor level extend over the Regent's House part of the building, principally being the Boydell Recital Room that also has a fire exit route via a spiral stairway into a storeroom and gains shared egress to the main staircase in Regent's House.

To the south 1st and 3rd floor levels access from House 5 as additional fire exit routes that share egress with House 4 main central staircase.

The building is occupied by:

1. Admissions Office

2.Trinity Student Records Office, Helpdesk and Reception on the ground floor level with two admin offices and a photocopy room (6 staff) hours of operation 1000 to 1200 and 1400 to 1600hrs Monday to Fridays. (Helpdesk) and 0900 to 1730hrs Monday to Fridays (OfficeStaff)

3. Alumi and Proctor's Office on the ground floor level with 2 admin offices and cell office (4 staff) hours of operation 0900 to 1300 and 1400 to 1730hrs Monday to Fridays.

4. Trinity College School of Music on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor levels comprising an open admin office, training staff offices, lecture rooms, music practice rooms, and a large Recital Theatre room (11 staff - full and part time) hours of operation 0900 to 1300 and 1400 to 2030hrs Monday to Fridays and Saturdays various opening times.
