IT Services Website
The staff "Getting Started" section of our website will help you get started with the technology resources you will use as a staff member at Trinity College Dublin.
We also have an extensive knowledge base that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and trouble-shooting instructions. Our knowledge base has been designed to help you find the solution to your IT-related query at your fingertips.
IT Service Desk
The IT Service desk is available to provide IT support Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
They are contactable via one of the following methods:
assist.tcd.ie
Using your Trinity computer account, log in to our IT Service Desk portal (assist.tcd.ie), and browse our knowledge base and service catalogue for solutions to common IT-related support questions. You can also log a ticket with the IT Support Desk, who will follow up with you to help resolve your query.
Alternatively, you can also email itservicedesk@tcd.ie which will automatically create a ticket for you in the assist.tcd.ie portal.

The service desk is contactable by phone on +353 (0)1 896 2000.
For internal calls from an on-campus phone, please dial 2000 only.

We operate a walk-in service on campus. For our current opening hours, see the below link.

IT Services user group
The IT Services User Group is a cross-Trinity group that aims to represent the users of IT in Trinity.
Feedback for the group can be given through your departmental representative.
