Wired connections

Staff members who have submitted a network request for wired connection in College residences, offices or labs will be emailed by the IT Service Desk within 30 minutes after submitting the network request and asked to follow the step-by-step configuration instructions for the wired network. Please do not follow these steps until emailed by IT Services and asked to do so.

Wireless connections

Staff members who have submitted a network request for connection to the staff wireless network will be emailed by the IT Service Desk within 30 minutes after submitting the network request and asked to follow the step-by-step configuration instructions for the wireless network. Please do not follow these steps until emailed by IT Services and asked to do so.
