Procedural List Travel Award

1. Complete Authorisation Form – no need to sign this, please populate with the relevant details.
2. Complete Housing Letter if award is to be housed outside of your affiliated school
3. Sign the email of offer and request your Head of School and/or Centre Director also signs
4. Return all documentation via email to your designated administrator.

1. Complete the CAF and Authorisation Form
2. Sign the email of offer and request your Head of School and/or Centre Director also signs
3. Complete Housing Letter if award is to be housed outside of your affiliated school
