The School of Natural Sciences is seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor with an excellent research record in biodiversity and population genomics. This Assistant Professor role will provide for research and teaching expertise in comparative genomics across animal groups, enhancing current work on evolution, including adaptations such as disease mechanisms and resistance, and biodiversity monitoring through development of an independent research programme at the interface of all the constituent disciplines within the School of Natural Sciences (that is, Botany, Geography, Geology and Zoology).
