The Departments of Political Science at Trinity College Dublin, in association with Trinity Research in Social Sciences (TRiSS), are pleased to invite you to the launch of How Ireland Voted 2016: The Election That Nobody Won (2016). The book is co-authored by Professors Michael Gallagher and Michael Marsh.
Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin will formally launch the book.

About the Authors
Michael Gallagher is a Professor in the Department of Political Science (Associate Professor 1998-2006). He was a Lecturer (since 2012 this grade has been titled assistant professor) in the department 1979-1998. He was elected a Member of the Royal Irish Academy in 2013.
Michael Marsh is Professor Emeritus of Comparative Political Behaviour and a Fellow of Trinity College. He has published a number of books and about 100 professional papers and book chapters on parties and elections in Ireland and Europe. Prof Marsh was a principal investigator in the first ever Irish election study and lead author of the book based on the project, The Irish Voter (Manchester University Press, 2008). He was elected a Member of the Royal Irish Academy in 2016.
