Going out with a (Head) Bang - Trinity Arts & Humanities Research Festival
Join us on September 27th for an engaging and dynamic evening at the Trinity Long Room Hub, where we'll explore Heavy Metal music's influence in a range of personal and professional contexts. From Black Sabbath to Napalm Death, Poison to Pestilence, come and sample the tunes and themes that attract colleagues from across the university to metal in all its forms, from thrash to doom and beyond.
This event is open to seasoned metal fans and anyone curious about this oft-maligned sub-genre of contemporary music. Weekend warriors, life-long enthusiasts, those who may be curious and even dismissive: all are welcome!
We are excited to welcome you all to the Trinity Long Room Hub for the finale of the Trinity Arts & Humanities Research Festival and look forward to an evening of shared passion and insight.
