Extra Tuition

Students sometimes face challenges with the academic demands of third-level; Trinity Access Programmes (TAP) can offer some support in the area of extra tuition. For more information, contact your TAP advisor or email tapadmin@tcd.ie.

The Laptop Library

We know that sometimes you may need to borrow a laptop for a short amount of time while your own is being repaired; you can borrow a laptop from TAP for up to three days at no charge. For more information, contact Elaine Reynolds at 01 896 3598 or reynole@tcd.ie.

The Studio

This is a learning centre for the Foundation Course and HEAR students. It is located in Goldsmith Hall and has access to networked computers and printers. The Studio is a good place to work either on your own or with a group. For more information, please contact tapadmin@tcd.ie.

The Writing Resource Centre

The Writing Resource Centre is a free support for TAP students where you can get advice on researching, drafting and developing your college assignments and laboratory reports. The WRC is run by PhD candidates with varying academic backgrounds that can assist students from all disciplines. For more information, please contact tapadmin@tcd.ie.
