- The impact of Native Scientist labs
- Summary
- Native Scientist labs are STEM workshops led by scientists in their native language. The aims of the project are a) to promote cultural and linguistic diversity in STEM as means to create a positive social impact b) to inspire ethnic minority pupils to pursue higher education and consider STEM careers c) to empower international scientists to increase the impact of their research. The project aims to investigate the impact of the Native Scientist labs on the children's and the scientists' attitudes towards the use of immigrant languages in STEM education.
