Biography

I am a registered dietitian (DI007571) with research interests that include the dietary intake of infants, toddlers, and school-age children. I am particularly interested in the psychosocial and cultural factors that influence the development of dietary patterns in early life and childhood. I also have a strong interest in health promotion in the adult population and have contributed to national policies on this area. I am committed to the evidence-based development of quality practice education and learning among students in the health and social care professions.
