Trinity Centre for Practice & Healthcare Innovation (TCPHI) and St James's Hospital PhD Scholarship 

The Trinity Centre for Practice & Healthcare Innovation (TCPHI) and St James's Hospital are delighted to announce the launch of an innovative PhD scholarship programme.  

The jointly funded PhD Scholarship is aimed at nurses, currently employed in practice, who wish to pursue a career in research and have a transformative impact on healthcare services in their organisation. Their research will contribute to the development of high-quality evidence-based care, focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery with better outcomes for service users and their families/caregivers. Applicants are invited to develop a research proposal in conjunction with a TCD primary supervisor around topics such as integration of care, workforce and people, digital innovation services or evidence-based nursing practice.

The scholarship is currently open for applications, with a closing date of 4 December 2024. Find out more and apply here.
