Gabriel Coleman

Gabriel Coleman holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Gabriel has just submitted their Environmental History M.Phil thesis. They will now be working on a PhD thesis about the history of agricultural pollution in contemporary Ireland funded by a Kinsella Challenge-based E3 Multi-disciplinary Project Award. Gabriel's project is part of NuReCycle, an interdisciplinary project that explores diffuse water pollution from agricultural sources in Ireland and seeks to develop integrated nutrient control, recovery, and recycling systems. They are interested in how perceptions and concepts of nature and environment influence and are influenced by systems of food and agriculture, human migration, and industrialization.
