Our Objectives
Trinity has several objectives set out in its Sustainability Action Plan to reduce our consumption of resources and migrate to more sustainable food choices, such as:
- Develop a Waste Action Plan for a Circular Campus
- Support Green Procurement
- Increase plant based menus by 50% by 2030
- Reduce GHG emissions associated with food production and waste in all catering facilities by 50% by 2030
