Titanic Belfast - Trinity College Dublin Undergraduate Scholarship

The Titanic Belfast - Trinity College Dublin Undergraduate Scholarship is available to current Junior Fresh (first year) students from Northern Ireland. The scholarship aims to support and encourage students from Northern Ireland to join the Trinity community and avail of the Trinity educational experience.


This scholarship provides an annual bursary of €5,000 for the duration of a four-year undergraduate degree.


Current students will be invited to apply for the scholarship via email during the Michaelmas Term.


Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must be registered Junior Fresh students undertaking an undergraduate degree in Trinity College Dublin.
  • Applicants must have been ‘ordinarily resident’ in Northern Ireland prior to commencing their degree. This means that the applicant was resident for three of the last five years in Northern Ireland (counties Antrim, Armagh, Derry, Down, Fermanagh or Tyrone).
  • Applicants must be available to attend a scholarship award ceremony in January 2025 and be willing to participate in occasional promotional activities.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Wednesday 4 December.

The awardee will be selected based on the potential impact that scholarship will have on their academic journey and their potential to contribute to the Trinity community.  The awardee will be notified by email.
