Welcome to Trinity Ultimate Frisbee Club

Join Our Team: The Trinity Ultimate Frisbee Club competes across Ireland in Open, Women, and Mixed divisions. Founded in 1995, we have something for everyone: We are competitive, finishing 1st in Open Indoor IVs two years in a row (Autumn ‘22 and ‘23) and 2nd in Women’s Indoor and Outdoor IVs in the 23/24 school year; we are inclusive, with a mix of students from all over the country and the world; and we have a lot of fun across social activities and frisbee events. We are open to all newcomers, regardless of their level of experience in the sport.

Participation and Training: Trinity Ultimate offers 3+ training sessions a week to make our sport as accessible and accommodating as possible. These sessions develop frisbee skills, improve fitness, and build our team spirit. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced player, our coaches and seasoned members are here to support your growth and enjoyment of the sport. Training sessions take place Monday and Wednesday evenings at Iveagh Grounds and on Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons in the Trinity sport hall.

Day Time Where
Monday 7-9pm Iveagh - Area 1
Wednesday 7-9pm Iveagh - Area 1

Competitive Play: Our club competes in multiple divisions, participating in numerous tournaments throughout the year. These competitions provide valuable experience and the opportunity to showcase your skills while representing Trinity College Dublin. Our notable achievements in recent years underscore our commitment to excellence and competitive spirit.

Inclusive Environment: We pride ourselves on being an inclusive club, welcoming members of all abilities and backgrounds. Many players begin to play Ultimate in college, and we love to welcome new people into our favourite sport. We are also lucky in the level of diversity on our team, with our teammates coming from all over Ireland, Europe, and the world. Our supportive community ensures that everyone can thrive, learn, and enjoy the dynamic sport of Ultimate Frisbee.

Social Events and Activities: Beyond the field, we regularly organize social events to build strong community bonds and celebrate our achievements. These gatherings are perfect opportunities to connect with fellow players, make new friends, and enrich your university experience.

Registration and Fees: An annual membership fee is required to join. This fee supports the club's operations, including training, equipment, and participation in various events. Erasmus exchange students should check at the sports centre reception for any additional fees related to facility use.
