Welcome to Trinity Table Tennis Club
Join Our Team: Welcome to DUTTC, a dynamic and competitive club at Trinity College Dublin. We are proud to have achieved significant successes, including winning the Leinster League Division 3 and the Men's Intervarsity Shield in the 2018/19 Season. Our Ladies Team were proud holders of the Ladies Intervarsities Cup in 2022/2023 along with the Men’s team securing another Men’s Intervaristy shield. Our club is open to players of all abilities, from those looking to enjoy social sessions to those aiming to compete in fixtures.
Participation and Training: DUTTC offers regular training sessions tailored to all skill levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player, our club provides a supportive environment to develop your skills and enjoy the game.

Competitive Play: Our club competes in various leagues and tournaments, providing members with the chance to test their skills and represent Trinity College Dublin in competitive play. Each year, we regularly compete within the College League held in UCD and Intervarsities.
Inclusive Environment: We pride ourselves on being an inclusive club, welcoming players from all backgrounds and abilities. Our supportive community ensures that every member can thrive, contribute, and enjoy the sport of table tennis.
Social Events and Activities: Beyond the tables, we regularly organise social events to build strong community bonds and celebrate our achievements. In the past years, we have built strong relationships with other universities like DCU, DBS, Maynooth and have hosted regular friendlies between each other. These gatherings are perfect opportunities to connect with fellow players from not only TCD but from other universities, make new friends, and enrich your university experience. We also hold a memorial tournament at the end of semester two in honour of a late member in which the winner will become in possession of the Melynchuck Memorial Cup.
On a more social note, we also like to go for casual pints after training so feel free to join and share a drink with us!
Registration and Fees: An annual membership fee is required to join. This fee supports the club's operations, including training, equipment, and participation in various events. Erasmus exchange students should check at the sports centre reception for any additional fees related to facility use.
