Welcome to Dublin University Ladies Boat Club
Join Our Team: Founded in 1976 with just ten members, Dublin University Ladies Boat Club (DULBC) has grown into a mainstay and powerhouse of Irish women's rowing. Our athletes proudly compete across both domestic and international circuits, achieving our first national title in 1979 in the Women's Coxed Four. Since then, our members have continued to excel, claiming thirty national titles and extensive national team representation across the decades, from the Home International Regatta to the Olympics.
Participation: DULBC offers structured training sessions designed to develop skills, improve fitness, and build team spirit. Whether you are an experienced rower or new to the sport, our club provides a supportive, enjoyable and competitive environment to help you achieve your goals, via either our Novice or Senior squad.
Training: Training sessions are held 6-7 days a week, incorporating water sessions in Islandbridge and Blessington, erg sessions in the Trinity Sports Centre, and weights sessions in the Trinity Sport High Performance Gym for members of our Senior squad.

Erasmus and Exchange students should check at the Sports Centre reception for any additional fees related to facility use.
Inclusive Environment: At DULBC, we welcome rowers of all skill levels and backgrounds. Our inclusive and supportive environment ensures that every member can thrive, contribute, and enjoy the sport.
Social Events and Activities: Beyond training and competitions, DULBC is renowned for its iconic social events, frequently held in conjunction with our men's club, DUBC. From Boat Ball to Trinity Regatta, our socials foster a strong and connected membership and help us to celebrate and mark our achievements.
