Catríona Dixon
Catríona has 20 plus years experience in the fitness industry with a BSc in Health & Fitness from University of Limerick, a Diploma in Fitness Business from Max College NZ, a Postgraduate Cert in Workplace Wellness from Trinity College Dublin, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Health from RCSI.
As a registered Yoga teacher, STOTT Pilates trainer, Personal trainer, Exercise instructor & Swim teacher, she is here to help you with achieving your fitness and wellbeing goals.
She is passionate about habits that engineer healthier lifestyles, keep the body strong, and the mind uplifted.

Mark Mc Gauran
Mark has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years, fitness, health and nutrition are his passion. He has constantly educated himself throughout his career in areas such as strength and conditioning, nutrition therapy and acupressure. Mark has seen fitness trends come and go, he firmly believes in simplicity, balance and the fundamentals of health and fitness.
Mark worked as a strength and conditioning coach with Wexford Senior Men’s GAA team for three years and was involved in preparing the panel for a Leinster Senior Football final. Mark has also worked with several individual athletes in the sporting world.

Martin Fujak
Martin's passion for fitness spans over twenty years. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management and Coaching at TU Dublin. He gained practical experience at Sport Ireland Campus as a fitness instructor and as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the NAC Swim Team. Additionally, Martin recently started expanding his extensive knowledge in the Sport Rehabilitation field and is currently studying Sports Therapy at Portobello Institute. Martin enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals, leading fitness classes, and ensuring participants remain injury-free.
Belinda Garcia Rodriguez
A fitness instructor, personal trainer, and lifeguard, Belinda’s passion for fitness stems from previous physical education studies in Mexico. Belinda has received Les Mills Certifications for Body Pump, Body Balance, Core, The Trip, Sprint, Performer Gravity Strength, Pilates, and Functional Training. Belinda’s philosophy in the gym is to ‘Bring mindfulness to your training’ and she is ready to challenge you at the fitness classes in Trinity Sport!
Emmet Trant
Emmet has always been heavily involved in sport and fitness, with a large focus on Football and Gaelic Football. He has a passion for helping participants with their health and physical wellbeing. Emmet gained his gym knowledge through the FAI Player Development Programme and has since brought his skills to his role here at Trinity. Emmet leads upbeat fitness classes, you can always expect something fast-paced in his classes!
Fionn Dunne
Fionn has been involved in sport since a young age, competing in sports such as Gaelic Football, Hurling, and Football. Over the years his passion for sport has only grown, as he still competes to this day. He has multiple qualifications in sport and fitness such as Sports Nutrition, Sports Anatomy, and both Personal and Group Training. Fionn's most knowledgeable areas are High-Intensity Cardiovascular Training and Sports Performance Training. Fionn is no stranger to the fitness classes here at Trinity Sport, you can find Fionn in the gym where he would be happy to help you with any fitness related questions!
Ryan Khalaf
With a decade’s worth of valuable fitness training experience, Ryan has worked for multiple prominent hotel and leisure facilities across Ireland. A former competitive football athlete, Ryan enjoyed success while playing in the Home Nations Championship Tournament and for Wicklow County’s Emerging Talent Squad. Ryan has also been active in boxing for more than six years, training with several influential boxing legends. Ryan is motivated by elevating confidence levels in the gym and helping participants reach their desired goals.
Tomiwa Badun
Tomiwa is a former Irish Soccer Paralympian with an affinity for fitness and weightlifting. Throughout his playing career, Tomiwa worked with top Strength and Conditioning trainers and Physical Therapists, providing him with an in-depth knowledge of the field. After studying Exercise and Fitness, Tomiwa went on to complete Personal Training courses that developed his passion for fitness instruction. Tomiwa believes in a simple approach to workouts, thoroughly educating clients, and motivating others to utilize maximum effort in the gym. Tomiwa also produces helpful fitness content on Instagram and TikTok to answer questions you might have and is always available for a spot in the gym.
