Eight PhD researchers from the School of Computer Science and Statistics (SCSS) were officially conferred with their doctoral degrees in a proud moment for the School. Warm congratulations go to all eight newly-minted doctors on reaching this significant academic milestone, the culmination of years of dedicated research and hard work.
A special mention also goes to their supervisors, whose guidance and support played a vital role throughout each researcher’s journey. Notably, Caroline Brophy and Gavin Doherty each saw two of their PhD students graduate at this ceremony — a fantastic achievement for both supervisors and students alike.
The ceremony was a celebration of scholarly achievement and an inspiring reminder of the innovative research being carried out within SCSS. Well done to all involved!
