Dr Brendan Ciarán Browne gives keynote address at TLRH event: 'The right to food, the reality of hunger: Food insecurity on the margins'

The symposium on 9th December at the Trinity Long Room Hub brought together international voices on food insecurity, including academics, practitioners and experts by experience. Focusing on persons and communities pushed to the margins by (settler-) colonialism, ableism and other forms of systemic marginalisation, the symposium highlighted the disproportionate impact of food insecurity on those groups who find themselves in spaces of exclusion.
