Prof. Maja Halilovic Pastuovic publishes strategic insight titled ‘Preventing violent extremism in the Western Balkans and MENA region urgently needs a new approach’ where she argues that new types of extremism are evolving at the interface between religious, political and ethnic/sectarian extremism in both regions.

The insight is based on research conducted in PAVE project. Follow the link to read the article.
