Biography

Upon the completion of her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, Nicole relocated to New York where she worked with nonprofit organisations focused on trauma-informed care. In these roles, Nicole both engaged with direct support to survivors of interpersonal violence in addition to violence prevention efforts within educational settings. In 2023, Nicole joined the Trinity Centre for Global Health as a Research Assistant to continue her work in systems that respond to trauma.

Research Expertise

Nicole has an interest in trauma-informed systems, with a focus on interpersonal violence. Her previous research has included working within investigative and education systems and has built on her direct experience working with survivors of violence.
