Trinity’s Gender Pay Gap Report 2023 was published on Wednesday, 20 December. 

Responding to its publication, Provost Linda Doyle said: 

“While I welcome the news that Trinity’s average pay gap is 8.8%, down from 11% last year, we must continue to do all we can to reduce this further. The annual publication of our gender pay gap analysis calls on us all to continuously review this issue.”
