Finally, the weather has picked up enough to allow events to take place outside!

Kicking off the summer events in the Provost’s Garden was the Athena Swan Awards reception which took place to celebrate Trinity staff who worked hard to secure 14 Athena Swan awards since 2020.

Trinity currently holds 17 Athena Swan Awards, recognising the University’s progress towards gender equality.

The event also recognised Professor Graeme Watson who is stepping down as Chair of the TCD Athena Swan Champions Network and thanked him for his efforts and contributions since he took the position in 2019.
