Trinity’s Gender Pay Gap Report 2022 was published on Wednesday, 21 December.
Responding to its publication, Provost Linda Doyle said:
“I welcome the fact that it is now a legal obligation to do a gender pay gap analysis. It calls on us all to continuously review this issue. In Trinity, our average pay gap is 11% and we will do all we can to reduce this. We will also work in partnership with others to tackle the more systematic societal challenges that underpin this gap.”
