Laser Safety Training Course
A one-day course for laser users in the medical, cosmetic, educational research, and industrial sector will be held Monday, 24th of October 2022 online via ZOOM. Expressions of interest can be sent to chris.smith@tcd.ie.
Depending on numbers a one day course can be organised off site in your location, extra expenses may be incurred depending on distance.
Lasers have inherent dangers sometimes not fully understood and sometimes ignored by personnel charged with their use. There is legislation and regulations in place to govern their safe use. Whether you are an employer or employee it is imperative to know and understand your responsibilities if you work with hazardous lasers.
