Ms. Murphy has been teaching in the School of Nursing and Midwifery since 2006. She is a member of the Children’s Nursing Discipline. She has significant teaching experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate children’s nursing programmes.

Frances teaches and supervises students at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her research expertise is in critical care nursing, mixed methods research, intervention studies and randomised controlled trials.
