Congratulations to our colleague, Dr Martin McMahon, who was recently presented with the School Award for Teaching Excellence in 2024 by the Provost, Dr Linda Doyle.

Dr McMahon is an Assistant Professor in Intellectual Disability at the School of Nursing & Midwifery and Head of the Intellectual Disability Nursing Discipline.

At the School of Nursing & Midwifery we are proud of the exceptional quality of education provided to our students. This award marks the positive educational impact that Dr McMahon has had through creating an engaging learning experience for his students.

The Trinity Excellence in Teaching Awards & School Awards were established to recognise and celebrate those who have made an outstanding contribution in the pursuit of teaching excellence.
