School of Nursing and Midwifery Strategic Plan 2023-2030

The SNM Strategic Plan is the culmination of more than two years of work, involving all sectors of the School as well as advice from international experts. We are confident that the paths set out for research, education and global engagement will ensure that the School is ready to respond to the needs of a changing health care reality. In this, we will continue to be national and international leaders in nursing and midwifery and our graduates will also bring that leadership to the health care systems, imbued with, and driven by the values of compassion, care and equality that are so central to our ethos.
