We begin with an overview of Visionary Leadership, defining it as a style that combines foresight, inspiration, and innovation to guide individuals and organizations through complex challenges. Importantly, we will discover the convergence of three key elements: Caring Science, spirituality, and resilience, and how they can be integrated into effective leadership practices in healthcare settings. Bringing these elements together, creates a more holistic and effective approach to leadership in healthcare organizations. We will explore real-life examples of successful visionary leaders who have integrated Caring Science, spirituality, and resilience into their leadership practices. The seminar concludes with actionable steps for current and future healthcare leaders to develop these aptitudes and drive positive change in their organizations.
