Theory of mind in the brain and in the world: Insights from brain electrophysiological studies
As part of his visit, Prof. Sabbagh will give a lecture on his groundbreaking research examining Theory of Mind. Theory of Mind encompasses those abilities human's possess to attribute unobservable mental states (beliefs, desires, intentions, etc.) to ourselves and others Prof. Sabbagh's lab investigates the social brain and neurophysiological underpinnings of Theory of Mind in the developing and adult brain by harnessing an array of methodologies, including electroencephalography (EEG) and psychological testing. Students and staff are welcome to attend. Registration is not required.
