Summer Nature Connection Workshop
Nature To Go founder Dr Kamila Kwasniewska, plant scientist and botanist, certified forest bathing guide and a florist, works towards connecting people with nature through five pathways: senses, emotion, beauty, meaning and compassion. By participating in a nature connection workshop this summer, you will find a new way to engage with nature on an emotional level actively and include nature in yourself. The summer workshop focuses on exploring nature connectedness through sensual practice of forest bathing, how nature brings meaning to our life and sparking the creativity with ikebana – the art of floral arranging, to find the beauty through the art creation. What's included: • peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature • guided forest bathing session • herbal tea with vegan treats • selection of fresh flowers • seasonal greenery • ikebana accessories – one kenzan (a flower holder) *Please, bring your own shallow dish/container to the class.
