Israel in the Dock for Genocide: The significance of the case at the International Court of Justice
In the aftermath of the ruling at the Internatiional Court of Justice that there is a plausible case to be made that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, Dr Reynolds asks the significance of this ruling in relation to international law and its application in the case of Israel/Palestine Dr Reynolds is an associate professor at Maynooth University School of Law. He is the author of Empire, Emergency and International Law (2017) and has written extensively on questions of international law as they intersect with colonialism and racism/apartheid, and in particular the international legal and political dynamics in Palestine
