Annual Conference of the German Studies Association of Ireland GSAI
The annual two-day conference of Irish Germanists is this year hosted by the Department of Germanic Studies in Trinity College and will focus on Medical Humanities. This theme will be explored in a number of panels. The opening keynote will be delivered by Dr Martina Zimmermann from King's College London on "Changing How We Think about Ageing: Narrativity/Episodicity in Stories of Dementia and Ageing." The conference will also include a forum for Early Career Researchers and the AGM of the subject association. The conference is open to the public, but the payment of a fee is required.
