Students Hold Piano Marathon in Aid of Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund

A 12-hour piano marathon organised by the DU Music Society will take place in the Examination Hall of Trinity College on Wednesday, March 23rd next, from 9am – 9pm. Trinity students from various backgrounds will perform throughout the day to raise money for the Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund. Donations will be on a voluntary basis at the door.
The students will play a selection of classical, jazz, traditional, latin, pop and contemporary piano music throughout the course of the day. Supported by the School of Drama, Film and Music, the Piano Marathon is an annual event which gives students the opportunity to showcase their musical talents.
