Emma Butler

Title of Research Project: To examine the role of stress in pregnancy across biopsychosocial domains on child motor development and mental health trajectories across early and middle childhood.

Biography

Emma graduated from the school of OT in TCD in 2005. Since then she has worked in paediatrics across public and private services. Emma holds an MSc in child and youth studies from UCD and is currently a PhD candidate at RCSI under Prof Mary Clarke and co-supervised by Dr Michelle Spirtos at the school of OT, TCD. Her research is funded by the HRB SPHeRE programme.
