This CPD program offers a blended learning approach, combining in-person instruction with self-guided practice to provide practical strategies for improving patient communication, optimizing administrative tasks, and enhancing research efficiency.
Participants will receive step-by-step guidance on leveraging AI tools effectively while following ethical considerations and regulatory standards. To support continued learning, attendees will also gain 30 days of complimentary access to the subscription version of ChatGPT, enabling participants to further explore on their own beyond the training session.

Time, Date, and Place
This program takes a flexible, blended approach, combining in-person instruction with self-paced online learning. Participants will have access to online resources, allowing them to explore the material at their own rhythm. An in-person workshop will offer hands-on experience with AI tools, focusing on real-world applications specifically for people working in healthcare.
To accommodate busy schedules, the workshop is offered several times a year on Friday afternoons. After attending, participants can join a one-hour online group consultation to get additional support, ask follow-up questions, and refine their skills. This structure ensures professionals can deepen their understanding of generative AI without disrupting their work commitments
