Task:
The research assistant (RA) will assist the project leader in administering a survey and, potentially, in conducting interviews, among asset management companies in Ireland. The RA will be engaged (a) in the organisation, preparation and administration of a survey among Irish-based asset management firms (it may include an online survey), and (b) in the collection and organisation of survey data in excel file. The RA may also be asked to (c) conduct a few interviews and complete interview transcripts. Depending on skills, the RA may also conduct basic statistical analysis.
Skills:
The candidate is a postgraduate/research student (preferably a PhD student) familiarised with social science research methods. Ideally, the candidate has acquired experience with surveys and interviews. The ability to operate STATA software to perform descriptive and basic inferential (t-tests) statistics is a plus.
Payment:
€18 per hour (gross).
