Attendees can join the webinar directly via Zoom and the event will be simultaneously live-streamed on the Law School Facebook Page.This event is free and open to all and there will be an opportunity for Q&A. There is no requirement to register in advance: the webinar can accommodate 100 attendees and participants will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. Eric Posner is Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor of Law as well as Arthur and Esther Kane Research Chair at the University of Chicago Law School. Professor Posner recently published a book on this subject: 'The Demagogue's Playboook: The Battle for American Democracy from the Founders to Trump'.

Jack Goldsmith is Learned Hand Professor of Law at Harvard University Law School. Professor Goldsmith recently published a book on this subject (with Bob Bauer): 'After Trump: Reconstructing the Presidency'.
