Matheson EU Law Partnership with Trinity - Assistant Professor Announced
In 2023, Matheson and Trinity College Dublin announced the launch of The Trinity Matheson EU Law Partnership, a new collaboration that will support Trinity Law School in the teaching and research of EU law.
As part of the next stage of our partnership, we are delighted to confirm the appointment of Dr Sarah Arduin as the new Assistant Professor in EU Law. In her role as Assistant Professor, Dr Arduin will focus on advancing research in the field and strengthening Trinity Law School’s teaching and research profile in commercial EU law, in areas such as financial services, intellectual property law, competition law, and information technology law.
Sarah holds a French law degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a graduate of the LLM and PhD programmes at Trinity College Dublin. Her current research focuses on EU risk regulation and she has published in the European Journal of Risk Regulation, Modern Law Review, Law & Policy, and Oxford Review of Education, amongst others.
