School of Law Legal Studies Research Paper Series - Launch

Trinity Law School today establishes a research paper series. Edited by Prof Christiane Ahlborn, the series will provide open access to working papers, pre-prints and post-prints across all areas of legal research. Included in the initial tranche are the papers delivered at the recent TriCON conference on the Article 26 reference and the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill. Also published are papers by Trinity Law School professors on fields as diverse as property theory, international law, constitutional law and cybersecurity. The series accepts submissions on a rolling basis.

Commenting on today’s launch, Head of School Prof Caoimhín MacMaoláin said, ‘This research paper series is an important contribution to Trinity Law School’s mission to engage with the general public and share the results of our research as widely as possible. Over time, it will be an increasingly important repository of legal knowledge and scholarship.’
