European Commission's Informal Company Law Expert Group 2020-2024

Congratulations to Professor Deirdre Ahern who has been appointed to the European Commission’s Informal Company Law Expert Group for 2020-2024. The expert group will assist the Commission in preparing its legislative reform programme for company law and corporate governance. Professor Ahern has been appointed based on her expertise on directors’ duties and liabilities and her interest in the role that artificial intelligence can play in corporate governance.
