Assistant Professor in Intellectual Property Law - Recruitment

The Law School is now recruiting an Assistant Professor in Intellectual Property Law.

The School of Law is now recruiting for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Intellectual Property Law. The successful postholder is expected to commence teaching in the new academic year 2025/26.

Applications are welcome from legal scholars with teaching expertise and research interests, particularly in the area of International and European Intellectual Property Law but also in cognate fields of European or international technology law, including but not limited to European and international regulation of artificial intelligence, digital services and markets, and theories of regulating technology.. The postholder will be required to deliver core intellectual property modules at undergraduate level; develop and deliver advanced postgraduate modules in intellectual property law and/or cognate subjects in technology law; and supervise students at undergraduate and masters levels. S/he/they will be required to carry out administrative duties as directed by the Head of School and is/are expected to be research active. This assistant professorship is a tenure track post.
