2020-2021 TY Student Language Competition Winners Announced!
This year we were delighted to join forces with the Trinity Access Programmes’ Schools and Community Outreach team and invited over 40 DEIS Schools to participate in our TY Modern Languages Prize in the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural studies in Trinity College Dublin.
The idea behind the competition was to encourage creative and critical thinking amongst TY students about why they would like to become fluent in a language as well as why they would like to learn about the culture and literature associated with the language.
We received a very large number of entries and the judges has the difficult task of shortlisting and picking the winning poster.
We would like to commend our second level colleagues for their dedication and commitment to their students during this exceptionally challenging time.
