What is happening?
Essential maintenance, to the wireless networks and VPN service, will take place between 8am and 10am on Thursday July 6th, 2023.
There will be a brief outage for authentication services to these networks, for a period of approximately 5 minutes between 8.00am and 8.15am.
What does this mean for me?
The 5 minute outage period will mean that you will not be able to authenticate to the above wireless networks or the VPN service during this precise period.
If you are already connected to these networks, prior to the works window, you will be unaffected.
Following the completion of the works window by 8.15am authentication services will resume as normal, no additional steps are required.
