All affected services have now been returned to normal service.

An unplanned disruption to the certain College online services has occurred today (Friday 08th December) between 11:30 - 13:00.
IT Services have identified and mitigated the root cause of the disruption and services should be returning to normal now.
The list of services that may be affected are as follows:
- Staff and student quotas on ntserver-quota
- SharePoint on prem
- Nursing time and attendance database server
- WebLogic live server
- Tcard app server
- Sports hall web portal
- Internal web app server for sports hall
- Research Support System (RSS)
- Trinity Web Server (www.tcd.ie) – Webauthors may notice a delay in published content showing on live website.
IT Services are continuing to monitor all affected services to ensure service has been restored completely.
