Following the successful completion of the SITS upgrade, the my.tcd.ie portal is now available for use again.

SITS will undergo an essential application upgrade and will require downtime from 17:00 on Friday 9 February until 12:00 on Monday 12 February, 2024.

How will this downtime impact me?

Staff and students will not be able to access SITS during the downtime. This will result in:

  • Temporary suspension of progression (including progression-related reports), module assessment marks and grades entry.
  • Temporary suspension of access to Undergraduate/Postgraduate direct online applications process.
  • As a precautionary measure, the data feeds that supply systems interfaced from SITS will be disabled.

When will SITS be available again?

Academic Registry will send an email on Monday, 12th February to confirm the resumption of SITS and my.tcd.ie portal access.
