Microsoft have widely resolved the Outlook and Teams issues that affected users yesterday.

Microsoft have identified the root cause of the issue and are working on rolling out a solution to all affected software.

Microsoft are still investigating the root cause of the issue and working to resolve it. Access to some Outlook and Teams functionality is still being affected by intermittent issues.

IT Services are aware of intermittent issues today, Monday 25th November 2024, affecting Microsoft Outlook.
Users may be unable to access their mailboxes in either Microsoft Outlook on the web (mail.tcd.ie) or the Microsoft Outlook desktop client (both the old and newer versions).
Users may also have issues with their calendar functionality in Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft are currently investigating the root cause of the issues.
