Microsoft have advised us that service is improving but that the issue is not fully resolved yet.

We have been advised by Microsoft that users in North Europe, including Trinity College Dublin, may be unable to log in to Microsoft 365 services using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Microsoft is currently looking into this issue. We will update you here as soon as we know more.
